Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 2 days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If it has been two or more days since you purchased the medicine, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the goods.


Refund terms

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange of goods:

Perishable goods are completely excluded from return for a product that differs from its description

  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must not have suffered any damage
  • The value of the order is refunded for Visa customers using the same method of payment, and the order is returned to the account that was debited

All returns are inspected in order to ensure that the above standards are met. If the product does not meet the above criteria we reserve the right not to return the goods.

Cancellation policy

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 15 minutes after making the order and return to the branch by telephone to confirm the cancellation.
